After 6pm, the midtown crowds swarm the seventh-floor bar to loosen their ties and splay out on cushy white couches (joined by tourists who get to feel "chic" in Times Square). But for total decompression, stay a while and head belowground to the hotel's Whiskey Bar. Its packed, colored-square dance floor is where the suits really get sweaty.
