The latest incarnation of this seemingly cursed West Chelsea space—it previously housed Crobar, Studio Mezmor, and Mansion—has everything you’d expect: marquee D.J.'s, a titanic disco ball, black-clad doormen. The entrance leads you through a floor-lit tunnel into the main room, a demi-football-field-sized space lit with massive chandeliers and a bar big enough to provide space for all the AmEx-waving hordes. If house music and 30-foot ceilings aren’t suiting your mood, head to the smaller side room, a lush parlor with Persian rugs and red-brocade walls, where hip-hop rules the day (and where you may actually have a chance at scoring a seat). Expensive and exclusive are par for the course: Expect no less than $16 cocktails and the standard Gestapo flack at the door. — Melissa Lafsky
