Turn up early when the ale is on and the grub is sound as a pound. In other words, if you’re going to Manchester Pub after work, head straight there since the neighbors have a nasty habit of turning the weathered and cozy confines of this popular bar into a crowded house by 8pm. Still it’s a brilliant option if you’re mad for a bit of British flavor. British flavor with better food, that is. Besides pouring everything from Guinness draft to ice-cold Brooklyn Brewmaster's Reserve, they serve pub favorites both British (fish & chips, Shepard's Pie) and American (wings, burgers, nachos).
