Splashy Sushi Samba may dominate this stretch of Seventh Avenue South, but if you’re not up for Samba’s lime-and-orange tank-top crush, head to Mixx instead. You’ll still find plenty of fruity girl drinks, including the pineapple-infused Mixx martini and the watermelon-dosed Pink Pussy. And while the happy-hour scene is fairly mellow, an upwardly mobile crowd with gold cards move in later in the evening, taking over the glass-encased front lounge.
