No, there isn't a sign, and the dim light peering through the small, street-facing window suggests that some exclusive form of nightlife is taking place inside. But despite its low profile, No Malice has a diverse, unpretentious fan base of young downtowners. A few older regulars at the bar sip from the impressive selection of bottled beer, and when the crowds are minimal, the antique high-backed chairs and fireplace attract couples and small groups who value conversation over preening. When the troops arrive around 10pm—and the DJ starts spinning hip-hop and R&B—the chatter level sends romancers elsewhere, leaving the spacious bar and outdoor covered patio to serious carousers only. — Shana Liebman

This used to be a great place to dance and mellow out to hip-hop however please note that they have taken to watering down their bottles of alcohol. I will never again return, I ordered a straight whiskey which tasted like Iced Tea , gave it back and was given another diluted form of the same for $10 (the fraud is blatant) ... My friend had a vodka drink where the vodka was all but absent.... This place needs some serious scrutiny for a "SHAME ON YOU". No wonder what was once crowds of fun was nearly empty and is straight boring.....

threw a bday party here on a recent friday night. had lots of fun, music was great, and bottle service was helpful and convenient - nothing to rave about though. its not necessary to buy any bottles b/c they overcharge and then after taking a tip they added an extra $200 gratuity that i was unaware of... oh well it's not surprising from a bar but still definitely not how i would do business with a customer who brought 20+ people and spent $1000+...... so overall its a fun time but i have a bitter taste in my mouth pros: dj, couches, good crowd, outdoor smoking section cons: the conning from the staff...
