Easy-to-find One and One is a good place to meet people from out of town: It's the can't-miss burgundy room on the corner, with all the windows. The bar's sleek décor is precisely the opposite of the traditional green vinyl and brass rails of most Irish-themed establishments, but it is closer to what you'd see in a hip part of Dublin today than in American blarney joints. Bartenders pour a respectful pint of Guinness and other draughts of the British Isles; the menu features bangers 'n' mash, fish 'n' chips and other meals that'll sop up late-night liquor. And if you didn't remember to eat until after the hangover has kicked in, they also serve brunch on weekends.
BrunchSat–Sun, 11am-4pm, includes tea, coffee, Bloody Mary or mimosa.
