Breezy street-facing windows, living-room furniture, and a smallish pebble backyard are the defining characteristics of Patio Lounge. On weekends, the garden is more relaxing during happy hour, when you can snag a plastic chair and stretch out, before the D.J. has fired up a party-friendly hip-hop playlist. Inside, the bar dispenses eleven draft beers — including, as they like to point out, Lambic Framboise — and a variety of fruity cocktails that mix well with outdoor tippling. There’s also wine, sake, and some warm beverages for the cooler months. Also on hand: board-games, karaoke, and an art opening and free appetizers every once in awhile. — Stephen Dougherty
