This Hell’s Kitchen joint takes all comers: businesses rent out the private party space in the back, hip-hop booms in the front, and hipster bartenders sling drinks along the lengthy, candlelit bar. There are sixteen drafts on hand, with a few interesting brews like Old Speckled Hen Cream Ale spicing up the mostly Stella, Harp, and Yuengling ilk. Perdition also offers a whole fruit-salad’s worth of cocktails, mixing in ingredients like Pucker’s apple, passion-fruit nectar, and Boru Crazberry. The kitchen provides munchies till close—there’s the standard nachos, wings, and wraps, but the menu also features food from Empanada Mama’s. — Ben Lebeaux
