Profile
This is the last remaining strip joint in a remote (we’re talking cobblestone remote) industrial section of Sunset Park that used to have three. Back when it was Wild Wild West, the place gained some infamy when a drunken patron (an off-duty cop) ran down three people nearby. Wild West’s faux-stone exterior remains, but inside the new décor is classic gentleman’s club: casino carpeting straight out of Atlantic City, mirrored walls galore, purple fluorescents, pink neon, and of course those golden poles on the catwalk running down the middle of the narrow room. Though the topless entertainers come in all shapes and ethnicities, the bar selection isn’t as varied: There’s no hard liquor, just beers like Coors, Beck’s, and, if you’re an off-duty officer who has to drive home, O’Doul’s.
Cover Charge$10, after 8 p.m.; two-drink minimum always
