A bare-bones Bay Ridge staple complete with a simple wooden décor and sparse seating that lures an older local crowd drawn to the subdued sports-bar atmosphere. There are ten beers on tap and six flat-screens, along with shuffleboard, Big Buck Hunter, and PhotoHunt. Thursday night means beer-pong night and $10 Bud Light pitchers. The sport of choice is football, which gets the bar’s full attention on NFL Sundays (the bar also throws together a free half-time buffet during Giants games.) A D.J. takes over on weekends, when a much younger (fake-I.D.-toting?) crowd invades–the dance tunes are a brief respite from the hard rock that usually dominates. — Jill Weiskopf
