The real action happens upstairs from the T&A at the hippest financial-district scene around. If you come on Saturday, odds are you'll stay for the dance party that literally shakes the floor of the embarrassingly (but endearingly) decorated, living-room-like "VIP Lounge." Have a few cocktails at home before arriving, though: Pussycat's mixed drinks are microscopic, and everything's overpriced, especially the long, inevitable cab ride home.

We arrived at 2:30 am - hey it's NYC everything is suppose to be open until 4 am. The huge rude door man barked at us that they were closed. No other explanation was given. Big waste of cab fare and time.
