To paraphrase an old saying, Red Sky at night is a bar-goers delight at this nautically themed tri-level mega-lounge. While the ground floor hosts suit-and-tie wearers among the usual barroom trappings—exposed brick walls and leather booths surrounding a long mahogany bar—an ascent to the red-walled second-floor lounge yields ceilings swathed in billowy red fabric and banquettes outfitted with throw pillows, with recessed tropical fish tanks ramming home the water-faring theme. The deck of this would-be sailing vessel is the rooftop, an all wooden outdoor oasis where waitresses bring tiki drinks and basic burgers, sandwiches and appetizers to tables lit from beneath. To the satisfaction of the young, laid-back scene-seekers, the music tends toward hip hop and pop on all floors, be it from a jukebox or live DJ; sports fans are appeased with cheap pints and chicken wings on NFL Sundays.
