Not to be outdone by the new indie theater and restaurant in Williamsburg, Dumbo’s ReBar has launched a similar operation. The 60-seat ReRun Gastropub Theater (decorated with repurposed minivans, hubcaps, and vintage cameras) screens indie movies every day, and serves bacon popcorn and pastries. Oh, and there are drinks. Between this and IndieScreen, we have to ask: Are hipster movie theaters the new hipster bowling alleys?
