At this no-frills neighborhood bar—sparsely decorated with mirrors, sports schedules, and TVs—the action revolves around Quick Draw (think rapid-fire Bingo) and 50-cent wings. Fairly distant from the glare of Smith Street and the stroller-packed bars on Seventh Avenue, the place instead fills up with longtime locals. The food menu features your average sandwiches, burgers, and fried appetizers, along with overtures to salads and even a kids' menu. There’s a respectable selection of beers on tap, including Sierra Nevada and Blue Moon, and bottles of Bard’s Tale, a gluten-free beer for those with Celiac Disease who still want to get buzzed (God bless them).
