The third bar opened by the folks who brought you the groovy and comfortable Great Lakes and Boat, the Roxy doesn't quite pull off the same sense of effortlessness the other two get away with. At least not yet. Maybe it's bad feng shui in the pleasant but unremarkable room. Or perhaps it's the karmic carryover of one-too-many cubic zyrconiae being passed off as the real thing (Roxy's previous incarnation was a jewelry store).
