Settling into the dimly lit, downstairs lounge section of the sprawling Millesime restaurant is like settling into a seat in your own living room – if your living room happens to be done in the style of a Tin Pan Alley, jazz era club complete with live music. The cocktails are takes on classic drinks like the Night and Day, a version of the king of cocktails, the Manhattan. It’s sweetened up by a touch of maple syrup, making it an easy sipper. The bar food is classic and simple: chicken club sandwiches, burgers, and Caesar salads.
