Shrouded behind frosted glass and intentionally missing a sign out front, Sly is clearly trying to live up to its name. Once inside, the theme turns slick, where uber-dim lighting barely shrouds the over-do of electric blue (from the walls and sconces down to the votive candles). A smattering of aspiring VIPs lounge in semi-private corner enclaves lined with faux-suede banquettes sipping sweet, syrupy specialty drinks (with names like "Bullsly" and "Slylicious"), and on the center pseudo-dance floor a somewhat spryer set sways and semi-dances to the DJs mix of reggae and 80s glam metal. Smokers take delight: Parliament Lights abound out on the candle-lit patio.

Bottles of Absolut and other spirits are available for a minimum of $200 a pop.
