The owners of Suite 16 have one-upped the hotel-bar trend by creating a hotel-themed bar -- without the hotel. Patrons can order $250 bottles of Absolut from a "Room Service" menu, and stocked mini-bars sit next to the curvy banquettes in the back lounge. But be warned: The glass-encased goodies are for display purposes only -- as is everything here, including the crowd. Sure, it's a fabulously gorgeous scene and all, but it isn't much fun. The curious and inexplicably discretionary door policy -- reminiscent of Nell's back in the day -- won't allow any. Stop in and check out the scene, but you may want to stay elsewhere.

Terrible bouncers and bartenders

If you go there intending to get drunk it won't happen because the drinks are so watered down. If you show up drunk, the bartenders and bouncers will do their best to sober you up by being the rudest people on earth. What a buzzkill - spend your money elsewhere

Nooooo, Don't Go!

To sum up my evening: rude bouncers, crowded, expensive cover and drinks, rude servers (except one male bartender), great music, annoying crowd...trying to be trendy. I cannot express just how bad my evening here was, a record setter. Don't waste your time or money!
