Sharing the familiar atmosphere and exposed brick of its northerly Park Slope cousins, this unassuming, lightly disheveled Windsor Terrace spot all but demands the din of friendly, tipsy banter. It’s foremost a beer bar, with a drink selection including both a permanent draft group (Leffe, Troegs Hop, Six Point) and a rotating cast drawn from the craft-ale side of the brew world; friendly bartenders offer up liberal samples, and the kitchen turns out the meat, cheese, and fried fare to complement things.
