Located on the outer edges of the MSG sports bar belt, this equestrian-themed watering hole stands ready for any pre- or post-game crowds that work their way this far south. The polished bar seats a few dozen, extending along one entire side of the main room. Booths decorated with framed local-team gum-card collections line the opposite wall, which leads to a larger dining room. The bartenders and waitresses, friendly OTB ("off the boat") Irish types seem more comfortable with a rush than with an empty room. But when there's nothing happening at the Garden, there's nothing happening here—save for a modest trickle of customers hailing from Penn Station and the local Garment District establishments. — Bruce Bennett
