Named after the eastside sub-neighborhood that spans from 42nd to 53rd, this bi-level affair buzzes every night of the week with drink and food specials. Casually dressed 20- and 30-something professionals meet in the downstairs pub for good deals on draft beer or in the upstairs lounge for competent takes on pub grub like gingered shrimp quesadilla, roasted salmon, pizza, or a burger. Despite the stiff, glossy banquettes, the mood downstairs is warm: oak floors, exposed brick, and dim lighting.
