Sure enough, smooth, smoky grooves blend with the sounds of clinking amber cocktails and the chatter of Brooklynites keeping it real. Over the years, Up Over has hosted major headliners as well as up-and-coming players from the 718 and beyond. Monday night jams feature the deep beats of the Vincent Herring Quartet; there's no telling who might show up to join them.
