Mostly suited corporate types and jock-ish professionals come to Westside to relax over pints of beer and ingest greasy American pub fare at a long, deep bar (which is also good for solo meals). The taps feature a diverse selection, including seasonal varieties like raspberry wheat and non-microbrews like Checker Cab. A few old drunks regularly stop in and are politely served by the straight-laced bar staff. Five raised TVs are on hand to broadcast sports. — Shana Liebman
