Considering that Aaron Hoffman managed bars for Rande Gerber for the past three years, it’s no surprise he decided to open one of his own. But instead of hiring waitresses in catsuits to serve $12 cocktails, Hoffman specializes in cheesesteaks and $3-$4 draught beers. (Wogie was his dad’s  nickname.)
