This laid-back spa feels like a beauty mini-mall, with a number of stations and services under one shiny roof. The reception area is the spa’s hub; nearby, the mani-pedi area churns out dozens of hot-cream and paraffin treatments hourly, while the hair salon offers basic haircuts, blowouts, and complimentary restyling for clients disheveled by body treatments and facials. Those spa services are the main draw: Around a curved hallway, behind many closed doors, clients get de-fuzzed via waxing or electrolysis, or have deep-tissue, Swedish, or Thai massages. Body-wrap sessions, like almond-lavender exfoliation, aromatherapy slimming treatments, and solar-energy mud soaks, end with a bonus, twenty-minute aromatherapy massage. Facials range from teenage-friendly treatments to more intensive glycolic peels and oxygen therapy. And gents, rest assured: Feline is not girls only. Treatments tailored to men add some welcome canine energy.
