Even an atheist won’t mind the unassuming saint relics and religious crosses at both of these small sister shops. The similarities don’t stop there: Each boasts large window-front façades (perfect for people-watching), pretty ballet-slipper-pink walls and discreet ATM machines. The mood is relaxed, the design conducive to tête-à-têtes with a friend and the nail-polish displays (which include the Dante brand) are always neatly organized by color. The only downside is the size—Grand Soho Nails Too has only one tiny waxing room and in general feels a bit more cramped and less cheery. But the Korean and Nepalese staff is friendly and wait time usually minimal, making these the perfect spots for quick in-and-outs. Who knows, you may even be next in line after Claire Danes, whose pedicure at Too was caught on camera.
