When sisters Titi and Miko Branch were kids, their Japanese-American mother and African-American father had little time to style their multi-textured manes, so the pair took matters into their own hands. They opened their curl-friendly salon in 1997 as tribute to their grandmother, Miss Jessie, decorating the space with oversized couches, porcelain-trimmed mirrors and fresh lilies. While the Branches specialize in clients transitioning from relaxed hair to curly or looking to even our their shape, they also offer roller sets, color, two-strand twists, and finger styling.
