Having bought here over a period of several years, I was recently refused a small refund for a clearly faulty product purchased at Ray's. The person I spoke with at Ray's was indifferent, unapologetic and not interested in listening to my complaint. Luckily, New York City has many alternatives, and Ricky's on 49th and 9th carry the same product line (they are also friendlier to customers.)
