An hour-long facial might include deep cleansing, extractions, and a peel or microdermabrasion, while a one-hour massage could be made up of thirty minutes of Swedish all over, then thirty minutes of Shiatsu concentrating on the upper back. It’s all about whatever your skin or body craves that day—that hour.
