This hair-removal franchise, which started out of Miami in the 90s, offers waxing in an ultra-hygienic setting. The two New York locations look more like hospitals than waxing salons, each with a small, brightly-lit reception area and clinical-looking treatment rooms. The wax, made out of pinesap, beeswax, and aloe vera, is created in-house, and it’s neither hot nor cold, and gently pulled directly off the skin without any strips. Each salon offers full-body waxing for both men and women (with more hair to remove, prices for men are slightly higher).
