The Met’s premiere production of Rossini’s Le Comte Ory, starring Juan Diego Flórez in the title role and directed by Bartlett Sher, begins 3/24. Richard Strauss’s Capriccio, with Renée Fleming, begins 3/28. Puccini’s Tosca is back 3/25, and Wagner’s Das Rheingold returns 3/30. Also onstage: Tchaikovsky’s The Queen of Spades, starring Karita Mattila; and Plácido Domingo leads Gounod’s Roméo et Juliette.
