I work in Union Square. I often visit the market on my lunch break. It is an excellent place to bring the older children, say 7 and up. There are SO many different shops, it is easy to stay in one for more than 10 minutes. I find that items are ALWAYS the highest of quality, and are either priced really Great, or not great at all. They have a lot of handmade childrens clothing that is one of a kind for 19-30$ a piece, BARGAINS! But then on the other side they have jewelry that is more of an aquired taste, that is priced very high. They have unique hard to find items, and fun funky items. I recommend reserving a good hour to two hours so that you can take your time and really enjoy each shop. I HIGHLY recommend making it out before the Holiday is over!
