Profile
Co-owners Jamie Wolff and David Lillie claim they only sell wines that they like. Saturdays have been fundamental to the team’s converting the public to their tastes. For three hours every Saturday, importers, distributors, and occasionally winemakers pour eight to twelve wines and familiarize customers with largely unaltered wines which possess lower alcohol content, lighter body, and unadulterated fruit characteristics. Tastings may introduce newly arrived organic Burgundy wines, compare Austrian and German varietals, or simply offer a broad spectrum of flavors from a single producer representing multiple regions.
