Friday nights, the Natural Gourmet Cookery School is transformed into a bona fide restaurant (complete with flowers and candlelight) as guest instructors and students from the chef's training program whip up three-course vegetarian dinners for the public. Often, the meal is the final project for a group of soon-to-be grads, who've been perfecting the menu for weeks. Past dinners have included wild rice pilaf served in a baby pumpkin and roasted chili pepper soup with basil coulis.Extra
