Overlooking Riverside Park, this landmarked bed-and-breakfast built in 1888 offers guests private, apartment-style living in plush Victorian surroundings. The ornately decorated studios and one-bedroom suites in Pamela and Ronald Wyman’s house are practically homes unto themselves. Guests can stay in the Versailles-inspired rooms, featuring a carved alabaster fireplace, intricately woven rugs and handmade table doilies; "The Amadeus" is decorated in the style of 18th Century Vienna; the "Conservatory" garden room comes with a porcelain tea set, and the "Angelica" is draped in silk. Guests who stay more than two weeks can opt for one of the house’s two larger suites, "The Cottage" or "The Penthouse," which features a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom.
