Profile
Lamb Chopas in the puppet sheep made famous by Shari Lewismight seem an unlikely candidate to perform a Hanukkah concert, but in reality she has the right background for it. Lewis's father, Abraham Hurwitz, was a professor at Yeshiva University, and since her passing in 1998, her daughter Mallory has carried on her work. So at this interactive show, which mixes puppetry, music, and humor, the duo performs original Hanukkah tunes like "Tradition" and "Something to Celebrate" as well as "Good Morning, New York," a take on the Hairspray song "Good Morning, Baltimore."
