Celebrate the end of the workweek and the start of quality family time at Mamalu’s Friday-night Monkey Dance Parties. D.J. Pork Chop, who’s spun tunes at Bungalow 8 and Crobar, will mix kid-friendly funk, hip-hop, and rock for the crowd. Dinner at Mamalu’s is also recommended, with plenty of healthy options for all tastebuds. The arepitas—silver-dollar-size cornmeal patties served with cheese, butter, avocado, or chicken—are a hit with kids.
