Madame Tussauds' "Ultimate Subway Series" moniker is a bit hyperbolic; after all, there are only three wax figures on display here: Derek Jeter, David Wright, and, near the exit, George Steinbrenner (wearing his famous white turtleneck). Other historic baseball noteworthies—like Babe Ruth and Joe DiMaggio—are left to pose on other floors, far from this exhibition's tiny simulated dugouts, pumped-in crowd noise, and mock tunnel leading to the astroturf "field."
