Cameron’s first sci-fi blockbuster gave Schwarzenegger his most iconic and ideal role, mostly by taking advantage of the Austrian muscleman’s comic lack of range and casting him as an emotionless, unstoppable killer robot from the future with catchphrases for dialogue.
