Review

In this too-broad satire of war profiteering, John Cusack stars as a slick weapons huckster who gets caught up in a Middle Eastern conflict and turns out to be one of those assassins-with-a-conscience who can’t quite pull the trigger. There’s also an oil minister named Omar Sharif, a pop tart played with a terrible accent by Hilary Duff, and many minutes of implausible moralizing.
