Aguardiente + Lulo

Ingredients

2 ounces lulo fruit pulp (or passion fruit purée)
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounce Aguardiente Cristal
3/4 ounce Agwa de Bolivia coca liqueur
1/2 ounce Combier
White pepper
Grapefruit bitters

Instructions

In a shaker, combine lulo fruit pulp (or passion fruit purée), lemon juice, simple syrup,  Aguardiente Cristal, 3/4 oz. Agwa de Bolivia coca liqueur, and Combier. Shake, pour into a martini glass, and top with a grind of white pepper and a few drops of grapefruit bitters. (Published 2011)
