Ingredients

1/4 oz. Sanbittèr
2 oz. Aperol
Ice
1 dash sparkling white wine
1 orange twist (optional)

Instructions

In a double old-fashioned glass, combine 1/4 oz. Sanbittèr and 2 oz. Aperol. Stir with a large chunk of ice and top with sparkling white wine. Garnish with an orange twist. (Published 2011)
