April Bloom Fizz

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Bianco vermouth
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 dash Cava
4-5 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

In a shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz. Bianco vermouth, 1 oz. Cocchi Americano, and 1/2 oz. lime juice. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with chilled Cava and 4–5 dashed Peychaud's bitters. (Published 2011)
