Bee's Knees

An easy post-Prohibition cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz. Hendrick's gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup*

 

*Honey syrup: Combine one part hot water with two parts honey. Stir until honey dissolves. Refrigerate for up to one month.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cobbler shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. (Published 2015)
