Ingredients

5 ounces Austrian sparkling wine (preferably Cuvée Klimt) or prosecco
1 ounce D'Arbo elderflower syrup (available at Dean & DeLuca)

Instructions

Pour the champagne into a flute, and drizzle in the elderflower syrup. (Published 2002)
