Ingredients

1 drop St. George absinthe
1 drop yellow Chartreuse
1 ounce Dolin blanc vermouth
2 ounces Dewar's Scotch
Lemon twist

Instructions

In a mixing glass, combine 1 drop St. George absinthe, 1 drop yellow Chartreuse, 1 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth, and 2 oz. Dewar's Scotch. Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. (Published 2011)
