8 spinach leaves
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Fernet Branca
3 drops olive oil (optional)
In a shaker combine 8 spinach leaves, 2 oz. vodka, and 1 oz. Fernet Branca. Shake with
ice, add ginger beer to taste. Rim a martini glass with squid ink and strain liquid into
glass. Garnish with three drops olive oil from a dropper.
