1 oz. bourbon (Buffalo Trace)
3/4 oz. cynar
1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup
1 dash Fee Bros Whiskey Barrel aged bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Sparkling Rose
orange zest


Stir all ingredients with ice except sparkling rose and strain into a cocktail glass or flute. Top with bubbly, zest an orange peel and discard. (Published 2010)
