Ingredients

4 cups filtered water

20 large peppermint leaves, torn in half

2 two-inch sprigs of thyme

1 two-inch sprigs of oregano

6 medium Thai basil leaves, torn into fourths

1 one-inch sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

Place all ingredients except the rosemary in sealed tea carafe and leave outside for three hours. Add the rosemary and leave for one more hour. Strain and refrigerate for at least two hours before using (Published 2013)
