2 oz. Aperol
1 oz. gin
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 flamed orange twist (optional)


In a shaker, combine 2 oz. Aperol, 1 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/2 oz. simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange twist. (Published 2011)
